Art museum that unique exhibitions are held in Ueno Onshi Park

If you visit The Ueno Royal Museum, you can appreciate art works according to the theme of exhibitions.

It is an art museum of general art. It holds unique art exhibitions. Special exhibitions, project exhibitions and publicly sponsored exhibitions are held, while there are no collection exhibitions. It is comfortable to be in the museum with white wall and high ceiling.

Project exhibition, "Captain Tsubasa Exhibition," was held at the 1st and 2nd floor of main building from June 14, 2014 (Saturday) to July 6, 2014 (Sunday). It was an enjoyable exhibition that we found how Tsubasa Ozora grew through exciting football games against his rivals such as Shutetsu elementary school in a regional championship, Toho Gakuen in a national one and Germany in the world one. It was impressive to see the interview of Mr. Andres Iniesta (1984-Present) who belongs to FC Barcelona and television program in the world. In particular, it was great to see "the alternative draft of 4th episode." It was an opportunity to recognize that Captain Tsubasa exercizes great influences over many people by the interviews of Mr. Tsuneyasu Miyamoto (1977-Present) and other professional football players. Also, the locker room of FC Barcelona was exhibited.

It opened in 1972. It is a middle-sized private art museum at Ueno Onshi Park in Ueno, Taito City, Tokyo. Its nearest station is Ueno Station and so on.
